What to expect during the Program
Your goal is to reach early product market fit and customer clarity. That means by Demo Day, your team should:
- Conduct user interviews, experiments, and gather early traction.
- Articulate your Total Addressable Market (TAM) and user personal.
- Develop a working MVP or prototype.
- Begin early sales, partnerships, or go-to-market pilots.
Startups can expect
- Hands-on learning in startup operations, including understanding investor mindset, go-to-market strategies, and basic financial management, among other classes.
- Personalised mentoring with 1:1 coaching sessions and regular cohort check-ins.
- Opportunities to collaborate, share insights, and engage with other teams.
